Dear Girls,

On 30 Apr 09, MOH has raised the pandemic alert level to Orange . As such, the following health measures will be implemented when school reopens after the long weekend on Monday, 4 May 09.

- Conduct of Temperature- taking once daily in the classrooms (at the beginning of school day or when pupils report to school).
Trigger temperature (regardless of age) – 38.1 deg C
Pupils who have travelled to the risk-affected countries during the last 10 days are to report to the temp measurement station immediately on entering the school compound. (Outside Raffles Room).
- Visual Screening at entry points to school.
Pupils entering the school through the main gate are to go through the foyer area for visual screening.
Pupils entering the school through Steven Rd bus stop gate or the Draycott Park Gate are to move through the area inside the Steven Rd gate for visual screening.
- Screening of visitors
- Travel plan declaration by staff, pupils and visitors.
- Social distancing (e.g. avoid mass assembly)
YOUR COOPERATION IS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Bring your personal ODT (thermometer) daily whenever you report to school. This is to ensure that the school’s supplies of ear probes and ODT sheaths will not be depleted unnecessarily.
- Ensure your personal contact particulars are updated (for urgent contact tracing, when the need arises).
- Observed high standard of personal hygiene.
- If you are unwell, please see a doctor and rest at home.

okay, regarding our class outing.
lingling suggested that we can go to Escape Theme Park.
so yep.
so if i arrange it on the 7th of JUNE, saturday.
from 10am-5pm.
as the Escape Theme Park only opens @ 10.
we can only start playing @ 10.
but we should meet earlier. @ around 9.40am.
because some of you might be late.

2. Attire for Class Photos (Formal)
§ Students are to wear the school tie.
§ Class Chairpersons and Prefects/ PITs, please ensure that the girls are wearing the school tie and the school uniform appropriately.
§ The use of props is allowed for the informal photograph.

3. Attire for CCA Photos
§ Attire worn for the CCA Photos should reflect the identity of your CCA.
§ Any additional props, trophies, instruments, etc. should be prepared beforehand and brought to the venue.

4. Arrival at venue
§ Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time to avoid any potential delay.
§ Class chairpersons or leaders, please arrange the students according to ascending height the moment you arrive to avoid any delay.
§ The photo-taking will proceed with the group present, so do make sure everything is ready!

5. Photographs
§ Two photographs (formal and informal) will be taken at the venue with the exception of the Sec 4 classes.
§ Sec 4 classes will take their formal and informal photos separately depending on the venue selected. (Refer to details in schedule attached)

6. Cost of Photographs (as charged by Adam Photography)
§ 5R size with lamination / folder: $3
§ 5” by 10” size Group Photo with lamination: $4
§ 8R size with lamination: $6
§ Details of payment will be given at a later date when the sample photographs are ready. [Class Chairman / Treasurer to assist.
